IT
• On-boarding, software installation, and adding/disabling users 
• Resolve Software/Hardware/server/networking problems as they relate to computers, TV’s, 
 phones, printers, Zebra printers, barcode scanners, and RF scanners.
• Configure hardware and software such as workstations, printing systems, and other computer related devices to ensure the functionality of computer applications/software within instructional and non-instructional areas. 
• Create, test, manage, and troubleshoot software and application configurations. 
• Create scripts for installation packages. 
• Review technology purchase requests with requestor(s) to assist in identifying appropriate computer solutions. 
• Recommend rules and procedures for the proper use of equipment.
• Software troubleshooting and application configuration problems to resolve issues faced by end users. 
• Assist staff with operational problems pertaining to system or software capabilities. 
• Create, modified, and maintained user account access. 
• Install network station cables. 
• Assist in the diagnosis of communications failures and recommends appropriate remedial action.
