Hello, my name is Cameron Garcia and I am a 24 years old Freelance Graphic Designer & Animator based in Orange County CA. I was born and raised in Palm Springs California, yes I know, gross the desert, but it was a quiet little place that taught me a lot and holds a special place in my heart. After 18 years in 120 degree summer, I decided to head out east just a little to attend Northern Arizona University, where I earned a Bachelors of Fine Arts Degree in Visual Communications. Now I know your thinking, he left California only to go to another desert? Well Northern Arizona, Flagstaff to be exact, is a small little mountain town that is full of art, music, and great people. If you haven't ever visited or been, I highly recommend you stop on by while your passing through. After graduation I moved back to California, where I am currently living and working as a Freelance Designer.? 

So why design? What makes this job so amazing? Well I'll tell you, what makes design so amazing is that it's all around us. Everyday, almost every waking moment has some sort of designed element that had to be created. It doesn't matter if you notice or not, but good and bad design is all around us. Whether it is a brands logo, a tee shirt from a famous skate company, packaging of you favorite flushable moist toilet wipes, WHATEVER... someone, somewhere designed and created it. Now I don't know about you, but I find it pretty amazing that one person or persons could have that much impact and influence on the mass media. Create a poster and save the world, probably the one single common belief among designer everywhere. So the next time your walking down the street just take a look up and see how many deigned things you can spot, it will amaze and shock you how much design plays a part in our daily lives.


In charge of assets creation, layout design, illustrating, and motion graphics. Collaborating
with a small team that caters to small and big businesses. Creating any and all marketing,
branding, packaging, etc.

Lead Graphic Designer and Animator

My personal freelance graphic design business. 

Nutshell Wifi is a Wifi Marketing tool that helps small and big business reconnect with
customers after they have left the store. Responsible for the all assets and collator
creation, all motion graphics projects, voice over work, illustrating and layout design. All
while collaborating with the Web Dev team that was in charge of creating and maintaining the
online dashboard and all company websites.

Lead Graphic Designer

Part of the in-house publishing team responsible for creating, developing and supplying
luxury hotel brands with marketing material to provide guests. Creating custom tailored
hotel/city maps and local business advertisements all neatly organized in a branded hotel
brochure guide.

Jr. Graphic Designer

Leading and directed a team of 2-3 people, which were solely responsible for all new designs
and asset creation for hotel brochure guides, advertisements, and print layout work as well as
all work for the multiple companies under the Mapperarti LLC name.
