Hello, my name is Bryant Mayberry and my experience comes from a Design & Photography background that I have been mastering for the last 15 years. I'm traditionally trained and have developed many abilities, such as Photography (Studio & Lifestyle), Layout Design, Color Theory, Editing (Photo & Video) Logo Design, Advertising Strategies (Digital & Print), Typography, Animation, 3d Rendering, and Videography. • Execute both creative and visual components of a project alongside the production and post-production teams.
• Collaborate and lead creative decisions about visual elements used, styling, and strategy.
• Offer creative feedback and suggestions to best strategize/manage/execute visual stylings of upcoming and current projects.
• Manage creative initiative by guiding a cross-functional creative team in the conception, design, and execution of visual material.
• Execute design work (in both static and video) on various high-caliber projects.
• Work with the internal production team in addition to outside vendors to create and direct visual content within a scope of work.
• Support business development staff by consulting on Design-oriented budgets and creativity for new opportunities and upcoming projects.
• Create and design internal marketing collateral and serve as a key resource in Loma’s Brand.
• Collaborate with members of the Project Team as well as internal/external clients to identify creative and visual solutions to achieve business objectives.

• Develop, lead, and manage the creative direction for product launches, sales, and promotions
• Lead strategic product, graphic, and color direction for all product categories including advertising, web, catalogs, and point-of-purchase collateral, etc.
• Provide direction and support for all Blenders branded design projects including product, merchandising, retail store, event activations, etc.
• Direct photographers and videographers to create consistent world-class content.
• Art direct photoshoots on time, on budget, and on-brand capturing content for world-class marketing initiatives.
• Work with the product development team to develop and execute product graphics and color direction.
• Responsible for providing hands-on design, execution, management, and mentorship of design members and external design partners in developing design concepts and materials as well as assigning project responsibilities to team members.

Creative Director

• Art direct and manage all visuals graphics, photography, videography, product tech packs, and future product concepts for domestic territories.
• Provide technical and creative leadership for email creative team and collaborates with development.
• Creates and directs a wide range of ideas/designs to ensure the creative execution supports the brand strategy and project objectives.
• Collaborates with account and insight teams on creative briefs and marketing strategies.

•	Leads color exploration for products and packaging: color exploration, custom graphics, tech packs, boxes, header cards, hangtags, manuals, labels.
•	Collateral: catalogs, brochures, sell sheets, flyers, email blasts, ads, web and social graphics.
•	POP and Tradeshow: tradeshow and point-of-purchase displays, graphics, signage.
•	Photography: shoot and retouch product, lifestyle, and action photos.
•	Video: shoot and edit in-house video projects, as well as collaborate with outside video producers and editors on more complex projects

Senior Graphic Designer / Product Photographer

• Mock Up, Render and Build 3d displays for In store, Point-of-Purchase, Main display window & SDSU President's personal display window 
• Design and lead specialty projects for the SDSU Bookstore and SDSU Events
• Organized and Direct photo shoots for top marketing campaigns

Graphic Designer (Specialty Projects)


• Lead design direction for domestic and international branches and brands for Bad Boy Brands (ex: Bad Boy MMA, Bad Boy Club, Bad Girl, etc).
• Lead design development for all media including magazines, digital emailer, social media, animation, videography and custom designs. 
• Directed, filmed & edited photography for most media, Including athlete photos, videography and product photos.
• Configured, built and render out 3d products for print ads and video shorts

SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER & Lead PHOTOGRAPHER 


• Submitted layout designs that were published worldwide in both domestic and international magazines
• Design the “LIL D” signature series logo for the child snow goggle line
• Prepared color theories and layout style for future motor cross and snowboarding campaigns
• Assisted in creating the 2009 Dragon Alliance annual sales brochure
