· Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Education and Operation teams to provide updated communications on all liquid launches. · Manage projects from concept to retailer by tracking through an open po system via excel. From raw materials, primary and secondary packaging, bulk moves, filling, and in DC dates for each retailer. · Lead companywide product development meeting for liquids launches. · Review competitive product landscape to identify brand assortment gaps, white space and analysis of market positioning to develop concepts for new products. · Build, create, and share product kick off sheets for future launches with market trends, pricing, and competitive placement with internal partners. · Request all bulk formula samples and provide all submission forms to corresponding labs to support internal and external performance testing reviewed through Survey Monkey. · Support Creative Director in working directly with packaging vendors on sourcing, sampling, and the request of, quotes and lead-times to support liquid launches. · Create and manage the set-up of all associated part numbers for liquid launches. · Gather, review, and provide all testing reports, Certificate of Analysis, Safety Data Sheets, and · General proofing of all packaging routed by creative team, to include product marketing copy, fill claim, ingredient list and usage instructions. · Work hand-in-hand with all contract manufactures R&D teams to communicate our new product briefs, formulation needs based on marketing stories, launch timings, and budget.

· Assist with PD Timeline/Launches: updated PD agenda · Update Wrike and manage deadlines for specific assigned tasks related to ops/creative for structuring and creating skus. · Structure and quote all newness corrugated packaging and inserts. · Manage and create all new skus and bill of materials in Fishbowl, Item Master, including item set ups to 3PL. · Create all bill of materials, and fill in assembly specs for kits. · Manage product briefs for creative marketing, marketing, and social needs. · Work with supply planner, marketing , and creative to execute creative and social projects. · Manage vendor coordination between creative marketing, marketing, and social for all swag/collateral needs. · Create and fulfill special projects with the warehouse. · Quality assurance · Manage the quality assurance log with customer service team related to packaging/formulation · Manage all PO receipts and work orders for creative goods · Monthly close for all creative open pos, workorders, special projects.

· Create bid requests and purchase orders to fulfill MRP plans made by SCM and DOP. · Create workorders for all pos to prepare for productions. · Receive in purchase orders and workorders in Fishbowl using PODs & production reports. · Reconcile inventory at all manufacturing locations and DC monthly. · Handle transfers / adjustments of inventory at DC and transaction entries in Fishbowl. · Create new item numbers and bill of materials in fishbowl / DA. · Help with projects given by SCM/DOP. · Enter in marketing and monthly field requests to ship into Fishbowl and track status.

· Developed and maintained sales within the Public-School Food Service department and district budgets. · Manage over 14 Manufactures & Distributors to successfully execute their go-to-market plans. · Conducted monthly forecasting reports through excel for my directors and their planners/buyers. · Identified products based on customer needs, product specifications and USDA regulations. · Maintained organization by using leading portals to stay on top of all the CSNA, FDA, Directors Balances.

· Generated, reviewed and approve label copy documents for all departments with correct placements on primary and secondary artwork. · Managed finished good Certificate of Analysis process for inventory and product registration purposes. · Managed purchase orders for the Regulatory department. · Managed Regulatory retains inventory and quality review. · Assisted on various Regulatory projects work directly with Product Development, Marketing, Purchasing and L’Oreal R&I teams to complete quick to market goals.
