-Manage a Sales Team of 4 Sales Representatives and 2 Sales Support -Manage Vice President’s calendar and coordinate meetings and appointments -Coordinate travel & accommodations -Hire and train all new employees -Travel to events and races -Attend Seminars to build administrative and management skills -Screen and respond to incoming calls and emails -Prepare agendas, notices, minutes, presentation materials and resolutions for meetings as required -Correspond with outside vendors to purchase materials and make sure they are delivered in a timely manner -Assist with AR & AP when needed -Draft emails -Administrative duties when needed such as filing, copying, etc.
