Expert knowledge in all Motorcycle Brands and Accessories as it pertains to sales growth and Warehouse Operations. • Product Quality and Knowledge o Inventory Management of all Motorcycles purchased and showcased. o Evaluate all part that are necessary to uphold the quality and Brand Standard of all Motorcycles in showroom. o Introduction of the Retail space in the showroom that include products such as clothing, Moto Gear and accessories. • Sales and Marketing o Ensure consistency of the Brand Image on all platforms and products. o Accountable for product description and web photography for 200+ Motorcycles a month. o Responsible for generating over 65% of all Sales Lead via Internet and Web. o Work collaboratively with all departments to execute a profitable operation. • Warehouse Operations & Team Development o Manage vendor relationships as it pertains to parts. o Manage a team to execute Motorcycles from truck to showroom. o Create Training Tools for current team development and New Hire Programs.

• Responsible for all freight on train • Perform airbrake test on entire train before leaving home terminal • Coordinate activities of up to 10 train crews engaged in railroad traffic operations, such as the makeup or breakup of trains and switching inbound or outbound traffic of railroad yard on a specified section of line. • Review train schedules and switching orders.

• Coordinate and implement promotional events. Maintain Red Bull Energy drink promo vehicle • Educate consumers of the benefits of Red Bull Energy drink • Distribute and control branded inventory for the south region • Assist Promotions Manager with administrative tasks including scheduling, focus calendars, monthly recaps, and newsletters.
