Collaborated closely with material development team to research and track quality defects on emerging market material innovations such as Futurelight, Flash Dry XD, and Thermoball Eco. Diligently adapted to online platforms to direct meetings, track development materials, and build presentations for cross functional management teams. This includes successfully training and assisting in the onboarding of the new 2020 lab team following the monumental cross country move of the brand headquarters. Improved efficiency within the development lab by implementing innovative strategies, building operating procedures, and managing workflow deadlines. Conducted a successful zero waste audit of the laboratory space and presented results and suggestions to management.
