 Lead Merchant of Chelsea Sky, a new sustainable brand designed for the millennial consumer, which is expected to deliver $10 million in sales in its first year
• Worked cross-functionally with design, sales, and marketing teams to launch Chelsea Sky in 200 Macy’s department stores in September
• Builds focused seasonal line plans that accurately reflect strategic growth plans and increase assortment productivity

• Developed seasonal strategic initiatives and assorted on-trend and elevated product to grow style productivity, AUR, and margin
• Worked cross-functionally with planning partners to architect bottoms up seasonal financial plans and deliver growth year over year
• Managed open-to-buy and tracked receipt movement, calling out upside and risk to plan and taking action where necessary
