Merchandise Manager

•	Built comprehensive SKU plans based on: seasonal hindsight, budgets from the planning department, current selling trends, and fashion trend analysis to drive top line sales and profitability.
•	Assorted styles, by delivery, and presented the assortment to cross-functional partners during sales meetings.
•	Built and maintained a new development process for the Off-Price division resulting in a 1 week shorter and more streamlined process.  
•	Partnered with the planning team to build sample and bulk fabric projections to pass to production. 
•	Sat in development meetings with the design team to give feedback on sketches and fabric rationalization. 
•	Worked with the sales team to analyze selling data in order to identify areas of opportunity in the assortment.



Senior Merchandiser

•	Create product briefs that clearly communicate the new innovation projects and direction for the season to the design and development teams.
•	Gather and analyze seasonal numbers for yearly forecasting exercises. 
•	Build and manage 2,400 SKUs through proprietary and Nike systems.
•	Monitor product calendar dates and make adjustments in order to meet deadlines and financial goals for the quarter.
•	Build and maintain seasonal and visual line plans by Country.
•	Present the seasonal line to domestic and international distributors. 


Product Line Manager

•	Worked with the Senior Director of Merchandising on building seasonal line assortments for retailers: Nordstrom, Saks 5th Ave., Bloomingdales, and Neiman Marcus. 
•	Managed the in-line and SMU divisions; created line assortments, color stories, and costing of the line.
•	Worked with 2,000 SKUs totaling 35 million in volume annually.
•	Raised my department’s overall margin 5% from the previous year.
