Network Operations Specialist

Creates clearance product part numbers and creates pricing for any damaged or used returned merchandise. Input new clearance parts into Bavarian Autosports inventory system. Make sure clearance part has been uploaded to website correctly and all product details are correct. Handles returns for all vendors and inputs the vendor return purchase orders before coordinating RGA’s credits and shipments of returns with the vendors and the accounts payable department. Maintain inventory counts to insure accurate shelf count of inventory. 

Returns Deparment Manager

Interface with customers to handle both pre-sales and post sales functions.  Strive to provide outstanding customer service to improve customer relationships and continued satisfaction.  In charge a handling and resolving all customer complaints and inquiries via Amazon messaging system in a timely and accurate manner. Monitor product order shipments to ensure on time delivery of orders.  Alert customers on shipping and flow issues in advance.  Works with customer to come to a satisfactory solution.

Amazon Customer Service Coordinator

Field incoming sales, technical and customer service calls. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.  Advise potential customers on customs regulations, duties and taxes. Maintain up to date, accurate shipping rates from shipping provider. Coordinated with purchasing department, product suppliers to arrange accurate delivery times with Bavarian Autosports customers.

Perform a wide variety of activities aimed at driving sales, promoting, managing the training and development of associates in the candy department.  Serve as the subject matter expert. Responsible for ensuring that all business initiatives are implemented and executed per company standards.

Interact heavily with guests on sales floor and cash register.  Utilize company selling approaches to create an enriched guest experience. Educate guests about Steiff history and product. Assist in maintaining a well stocked and neat store appearance. Act quickly to address guest concerns and provide resolutions.

Steiff Specialist

Set up, operate single/multi-spindle CNC machines, perform machine 
operations to produce components, meeting quality control/production standards.  Apply lean manufacturing tactics in daily job duties. Operate machines, inspect initial part against Blueprint, make adjustments to accomplish total compliance. Inspect production parts to observe trends, make adjustment to avoid potential problems.  Attention to detail:  select and change programs for each new job directory, and tooling if needed.  Performs daily machine maintenance: ensure levels of lubrication, cutting oils, observe equipment wear.

CNC Set-Up B

Managed showroom, kept inventory, stocked shelves with correct product, accompanying literature; handled monthly sales displays, counter sales, returns/ exchanges from customers.  Contributed $740,000 for sales for 2005.  Fielded incoming technical, sales calls from customers, including international sales, customer service; advised potential customers, Customs regulations, duties, taxes; maintained up to date, accurate shipping rates from providers.  Coordinated with purchasing department, product suppliers to arrange delivery times with Bavarian Autosports customers, conducted all order processing, scheduling wire transfers with customers to insure safe and prompt payment.

International Sales Representative

Supervised six employees in fish/reptile department. Responsible for $35,000+ average monthly sales.  Ensured clean environment for reptiles, amphibians, saltwater and freshwater fish.  Prepare weekly employment schedules, assign duties,train. Handled inventory, stacked, updated product shelving to reflect current sales programs.  Advised on care, non-veterinary treatments for fish/reptiles.  Closed stores, reconciling registers, securing stores, filling out daily deposit logs, setting alarms.

Fish and Reptiles Manager

Responsible for general operation of the shipping area for company.  Received various finished materials from welding department, confirm completion or additions. Arranged for work to be completed and prepared finished products for shipping.  Painted steel to spec color and thickness. Loaded finished products on trailers using forklift or crane.

Shipper

Responsible for bird department, both animals and products. Sales averaged $10,000 per month.  Maintained safe, clean environment for birds and customers.  Handled daily food/water changes, cage, equipment upkeep; shared knowledge about birds, illnesses, with customers. Administered precise diets for different bird species, advised customers on psychological issues regarding change of living environments for birds.
