-   Created the Outdoor Living and Pet categories, driving +$10M of revenue in the first 12 months
-   Led a cross-team of designers, engineers, marketers, researchers, and other stakeholders toward project deliverables and timelines resulting in launching 8 new products and 4 extensions
-   Evangelized category strategies and product roadmaps, sustaining double digit annual growth
-   Pioneered YETI’s first direct-to-consumer (DTC) only product launches as a strategy to test products, drive growth, and upend market dynamics to win
-   Drove over a dozen projects through YETI’s stage gate development process, driving organizational alignment and clarity on project timelines, features, investments, and launch objectives
-   Created campaign by which all YETI products could come together into a common vision and purpose to help guide new product development, and strengthen the consumer’s brand experience
-   Managing owned and channel inventory levels through analyzing sell-in/sell-through metrics, product innovation, and pricing strategies
-   Created and presented annual category strategy to senior leadership and cross-functional partners 
-   Led financial planning for product categories, including pricing, forecasting, and profitability

Developed YETI’s first outdoor chair and established new Outdoor Living business unit.
 
-   Instituted key product specifications, suppliers, testing requirements, and industry knowledge to build an internal capability for developing seating products 
-   Developed the go-to-market strategy including marketing, branding, and launch planning
-   Built a robust roadmap of products based on trend analysis, insights, competitive positioning, and unwavering commitment to consumer needs
