• Scout for emerging partnerships for our Spectra Watermaker land-based desalination products and projects.
• Assist specialty retailers with strategic sales goals by category with analytical data to support.
• Develop promotional plans for each brand for our specialty retailers and key accounts
• Maintain relationships with merchant teams to provide meaningful ROI to our partners that support their goals and growth.
• Manage inventory and PO fulfillment with Key Accounts and specialty retail to maximize sales turn

Sales Manager, Central & East Region

• Responsible for managing the camping, paddle sports, marine, outdoor recreation and sports licensing programs for DSG/F&S distribution and internal branded business totaling 3.8M out of 18M annual budget.
• Maintain regular interaction with buyers in multiple departments, representatives in inventory planning, vendor compliance, ecommerce, replenishment analysts, accounts payable, supply chain, store operations and marketing to understand their needs and grow our existing business.
• Create category plans that address DSG/F&S needs, as well as, forecast product demand and manage inventory to deliver profits for the account, Maurice and our vendor partners.
• Work with key internal personnel in inventory planning, product development, supply chain, category management, marketing, sales analysis, credit, and finance to support the business.
• Track and resolve price variances, release orders, support program integrity and item/pricing functions.
• Coordinate new store openings with account team members and MSG corporate departments.
• Partner with account team members and operations to resolve customer vendor compliance issues.
• Monitor account progress against category budgets by reviewing weekly, quarterly and selected POS performance reports that provide meaningful highlights, summaries and guidance.
