TRAFFIC MANAGER

Responsible for end to end management of all digital advertising operations across display, sponsored
content and marketplace product offerings.
• Provide and manage troubleshooting of all digital advertising campaigns.
• Monitor campaign pacing and performance against contracted impression goals and client expectations.
• Work with in-house design teams to develop advertising and content in accordance with IAB and Leafly
brand guidelines.
• Support Leafly US and Canada Sales, Marketing and Content teams to traffic, optimize and deliver complex

AD OPS SPECIALIST

As the primary liaison between Sales, Marketing and external advertising partners, I managed online
advertising creative development, intake and site insertion.
• Implemented Google DoubleClick for Publishers, AdSense and Mantis Advertising servers.
• Worked cross-functionally with Brooklyn-based web development team to implement site changes and updates related to advertising placements.
• Generated and placed HTML tags in WordPress platform for sponsored in-editorial campaigns.

project managers, two production artists and two copywriters, using web-based resource management
software, delegating projects based on workload, project requirements and skill sets.
• Intake, vetting and prioritization of all Brooks creative requests in support of social media, E-commerce,
public relations, retail and sales.
• Created work-back timelines for all projects/campaigns including but not limited to web assets, packaging,
retail support, catalogs, look-books, photo-shoots, video productions, events and product launches.
• Built and managed functional creative teams in support of all Brooks Global Marketing initiatives.
• Acted as the primary liaison between Brooks Creative and external freelance agencies to recruit talent,
establish statements of work, manage relationships and approve weekly timecards.
• Worked with internal and external producers and photographers to establish and maintain licensing related
to photographic content for web and print campaigns.
• Ran weekly Traffic team meetings to discuss priorities, time-lines, upcoming projects and workload.
• Published weekly Traffic report and executive summary metrics to all Brooks Creative stakeholders.
• Performed post mortem project analysis, identifying pain-points and adjusting where needed in an effort
to continually streamline processes and achieve greater efficiency and precision.

CREATIVE TRAFFIC MANAGER

As first point of contact for all PMI graphics requests, I managed the workloads of six graphic designers
and two pre-press specialists using web-based PM software, delegating projects based on workload, project
requirements and designer-specific skill sets.
• Managed 30-50 creative projects at any given time; prioritizing production design queue based on factory
time-lines, product design cycles, and customer requirements.
• Fostered and maintained strong working relationships between graphic design team, internal clients,
industrial designers, external vendors and satellite offices in Shanghai, Manila and Amsterdam.
• Worked frequently with external print vendors in obtaining quotes and managing project time-lines.
• Performed QA checks on printed materials, products and packaging samples, making sure items met brand
guidelines, legal requirements and client specifications.
