I have managed multiple projects from design to commissioning ranging from $3,000,000 to $35,000,000. I have strong leadership, organization, and problem solving skills that have proven my ability to overcome unforeseen problems and employ my team members to collaborate a solution. I am an excellent in reviewing contracts, subcontracts, and other necessary legal project documents. I'm and expert in mitigating liability which sone of the keys to eliminating additional costs to the companies bottom line.

Staying within the allotted budget from concept, design, re-design, build, and completion has been my strongest attributes. I managed over 100 employees from upper management, project managers, down to line personnel. Everyone has valuable input to their respective tasks and letting everyone know that they are valued has been my key to a cohesive team.

I grew up in Fairbanks, Alaska where the outdoors were my playground. Flying, fishing, snowboarding, snowmachinging (everyone down in California calls it Snowmobiling), surfing, and golfing have been my hobbies. I would like to take my business say
