Lead Web Developer and Graphic Designer for all custom native application development and marketing materials. Worked in small team environment to create custom application for Windows XP, Vista, 7&8 operating systems.

•	Exceeded sales goals and significantly expanded customer base by developing all application, website, print and web advertisements, email campaigns, ad word campaigns, and statistics.

Design strategies including, storyboards, wireframes, and implementation for new product features, including onboarding clients, redesign of existing application functionality using React, and instructional how to videos.

•	Designing with the Adobe CC Suite I created web/print assets such as product logos, icons, backgrounds, mockups. 
•	Using open source technologies to create rapid prototypes in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, Jquery UI, JSON, SVG, Bootstrap.
•	Create digital and print signage using Adobe CC for the product launch including, posters, and custom company icons for internal software suites.  I worked with staff to develop a streamline digital workflow.  


Senior UX/UI Designer

A Lead UI/UX designer: in a team of 11, we developed a 15 lesson webinar for Internet Explorer 11.  The four tier user profile leads participants through a series of digital interactions, forms, questionnaires, and exams to evaluate upper management.
•	Designed and interpreted all user interface components and functionality creating wireframes, static mockups, prototypes, and asset production and integration.  Used the Adobe CC for mockups, and final production of assets including logos, icons, buttons, graphs and photos into custom code framework and customized the CSS to match approved designs, storylines and branding guidelines. 
•	Via 2 week sprints and agile scrum methodology, our team delivered our product ahead of schedule.  


Senior UI/UX Designer

Using the Adobe Master Suite we created innovative visual solutions for custom branded iPad interfaces featuring wireless custom ordering applications for National/Global leaders in the airline, hotel & restaurant, and stadium industries.  

•	Successfully launched 26 UX projects for iPad 2nd & 3rd gen devices.
