Assist 3rd Party Buyer in monitoring and managing inventory levels of 3rd Party product in 33 retail locations. Analyze merchandise performance in multiple classes to examine statistical objectives, adapt inventory as needed, and increase sales volume. Create cross-functional partnerships with the Allocations, Accounting, and Retail Operations teams, as well as numerous Outside Vendors and Sales Representatives.

My goal is to inspire a strong team spirit by actively seeking and implementing new ideas to improve sales, store operations, training and employee morale. I coach and develop my team to focus on customer's needs and manage the profitability of their store. I continually train my management staff on new and existing policies and procedures and consistently provide prompt feedback and coaching to ensure that standards are maintained or exceeded. In addition, I communicate company expectations for visual appearance ensuring stores are neat, clean and organized, while assistinf in direction and execution of visual floor presentations to ensure timely and accurate completion.

I am currently the Assistant Manager for a Quiksilver flagship location. My main duties include motivating and supporting my management and sales team to create a selling culture within the store while promoting the Quiksilver values and mission as well as achieving operational excellence by using tools such as weekly and monthly reports, creating schedules, and a commitment to all policies and procedures.
