Strength and Conditioning/Lacrosse Coach/Substitute Teacher

Create daily warm ups, plyometric series, and workouts for football, water polo, basketball, baseball and lacrosse. Training is done both in the weight room and on the field. Track daily analytics for athletes to make sure we are seeing improvements both physically and mentally.

Responsible for delegating, assisting, and leading group warm ups, training sessions, mobility and recovery work, and conditioning classes. In charge of programming and training delegated clients digitally. Assisted in training and education of interns. Throughout the day was also encouraged to upsell clients on memberships, supplements, and apparel.

Associate Strength Coach

In charge of leading a group of installers through the entire planning, set up, and buildout of event and retail spaces while maintaining communication with project managers and clients. Projects include: Nike Super Bowl 50 & 51, Jordan 31 shoe release, Twin Peaks and Animal Kingdom premiers.
