• Forecast and manage a budget of $331,400.00 • Order, stock, distribute and inventory all apparel, equipment and supplies for the basketball operations staff and players • Manage the daily operations of the practice facility including launder and distribute uniforms, practice gear, towels and staff apparel • Oversee an Assistant Equipment Manager and 14 Team Attendants by organizing work flow, distributing staff assignments, planning work schedules and payroll • Schedule and supervise practice and shoot around for visiting team • Travel with team to all road games and practices to handle luggage, medical/video equipment and setup and breakdown of locker room • Coordination of air and ground transportation on the road • Manage and distribute team expenses for Delta Airlines, ground transportation, hotel and opposing team on the road • Research, design and development of new and innovative apparel for staff and players • Fulfill all requests for autographed uniforms and apparel for the Trail Blazers, NBA memorabilia acquisition program and private foundations
