• Actively enhancing company public image through sports marketing partnerships, community and non-profit partnerships and proactive PR
• Multi-state regional oversight, implementation and execution of global CenturyLink Foundation initiatives
• Develop and manage regional sponsorship and CSR campaigns and events
• Direct experiential activation agencies for creation of hyper-local assets to highlight regional sports partnerships adhering to brand standards
• Ownership of regional budget related to sports marketing and CSR strategy
• Program measurement/ROE/ROI
• National, regional and local cross-functional collaboration with executive leadership, B2B/B2C sales and marketing, finance and brand teams
• Leading cross-regional sub-committees for CSR & sponsorship

• Customer/community relationship development with local youth sports leagues and associations, schools and professional teams to build database scale, drive brick/mortar and omni-channel traffic, gain market share and drive brand affinity
• Ownership of multiple budgets, including corporate sponsorship activation with pro teams (overseeing third party creative and activation agencies)
