For the past 20 years, I’ve immersed myself in both physical and digital creative development across mixed media. This extensive experience has led to senior roles in design and creative direction within marketing and product development for global and boutique brands. I’ve developed expertise across the entire lifecycle—from ideation through fulfillment—serving DTC, specialty, and mass distribution channels. By integrating P&amp;L management and merchandising strategies into creative direction and production workflows, I’ve optimized sales calendars to save both time and resources. This structured approach has consistently improved bottom-funnel revenue, cash flow, and go-to-market (GTM) timelines. The balance of creative vision with operational efficiency—gained through hands-on experience—enables me to lead and contribute effectively to high-performing creative teams and deliver best-in-class project execution. Over the years, I’ve cultivated strong relationships across the retail landscape, working directly with most major national retailers. I bring a deep understanding of retail logistics, compliance requirements, and seasonal planning, allowing me to cohesively launch and scale brands both online and in-store. I’ve led brand segmentation strategies that preserve authenticity while leveraging key accounts for exclusive partnerships and limited-edition products. Working closely with buyers and factories, I manage the full process from ideation to delivery, ensuring both product quality and on-time execution. Leading strategic marketing initiatives and account-specific activations that drive brand sell-through and long-term growth. This includes managing paid social campaigns, influencer seeding programs, and broader efforts to grow brand visibility beyond endemic audiences. Creatively, I remain deeply involved in the details and take pride in leading by example. Having firsthand knowledge of the work, I’m able to support and manage teams with empathy and clarity. While I’ve led creative teams for over a decade, I continue to contribute directly—providing artwork, sketches, and creative input on final concepts across both marketing and apparel programs. I work closely with designers throughout the process to ensure not only creative excellence, but also cost efficiency and scalability. Through clear presentation and effective communication, I ensure that design teams, clients, customers, and executive stakeholders all have a shared understanding of project goals—from initial concept to final delivery.
