- Oversee the day-to-day web operations for Stüssy.
- Working in collaboration with the merchandise planner to leverage products, campaigns, and promotional opportunities, as well as manage the addition, removal, and promotion of products.
- Coordinating with other departments such web engineering, IT & customer service to ensure all orders are being received and processed appropriately to maintain a high-level customer rating.
- Managing CRM efforts to maximize the lifetime value of existing customers as well as continue to acquire new customers.
- Direct daily website merchandising, conversion rate optimization and traffic drivers such as SEO.
- Working with brand marketing, PR, other departments with consumer marketing initiatives and product launches to ensure cross platform alignment.
