It is the duty of the specialized consultant to achieve high sales and surpass performance goals. Actively monitor inventory and trends to coordinate restock 	of  custom eyewear, apparel, luggage, and  accessories. Also, to ensure accuracy of product information and to engage customers to provide quality customer service. 

Specialized Consultant 

Creating specific exercises programs for the motocross riders to compete at elite levels. Assisting in marketing efforts such as attending promotional events, contacting potential clients, creating marketing strategies, and sponsorship relations.  In addition, helping the riders create their upcoming race schedules along with assisting them at the events,  

Head Fitness Trainer/ Rider Development

Helped transition the gym from being under a franchise (Hard Exercise Works Jacksonville Beach) to a sub chapter S Corp entity. This included being a part of the re-branding effort to create a new name, new colors, and new logo.  It also included implementing a new marketing strategy changing target markets, promotional material, and also price points.  

Tasked with managing a 7 person team tasked with running all functions of the facility including:
Providing excellent group training to a group of 10-30 clients per class 10 classes per day, Ensuring quality and safety of equipment, Operating management software (Mindbody) that included selling memberships and products, scheduling clients, running reports, and analyzing financials
  
Assisted in marketing efforts to grow the brand
Collaborated with local businesses to bring in large groups of clientele
Involved in face to face marketing strategies to enhance brand recognition and to increase client membership
