My career goal is to obtain a marketing related position in the skateboarding industry. I have a strong passion for skateboarding and have always looked for ways to immerse myself in environments that mirror a creative, competitive industry. To reach my career goal, I have actively taken steps to familiarize myself with the action sports industry. I have gained mixed background of marketing experience working with brands like Vans, Nothing Usual, Herschel Supply Co, Boardriders (Quicksilver, DC, Element, Billabong, Roxy) and Weedmaps. 

• Manage and execute marketing campaigns across all paid media channels including programmatic, display, print and out-of-home
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Legal, Brand, Product and Creative to bring paid media campaigns to life
• Oversee monthly budget distributions and campaign parameters to optimize media buys and maximize KPIs
• Continuously monitor, analyze, and A/B test creative to identify opportunities to improve performance
• Prepare and present weekly reports to marketing department on performance and new insight

Digital Media Specialist

• Managed asset creation and organization for multiple channels such as social, site, Google display and email
• Organized paid social calendar to ensure campaigns launch timely for all brands: Quiksilver, Billabong, Roxy, RVCA, Element, DC Shoes, Vonzipper, Honolua
• Partnered with internal and external teams to drive results and align digital campaign strategies

Digital Campaign Specialist

• Work closely with Marketing Manager to align go-to-market strategy and implement seasonal plans with key accounts such as Nordstrom, Zumiez, Foot Inc.
• Develop collaborative relationships with all cross-functional partners including: Global Marketing, PR, NA Sales Teams, Design and Consumer Events

North American Marketing Coordinator

• Initiated and presented a three-step plan to increase efficiency amongst showroom sample management 
• Merchandised and maintained showroom to support sales team meetings with key accounts 
• Coordinated logistics and set-up of Herschel booth for trade shows and events such as Agenda, ComplexCon, Capsule
• Organized seasonal samples in Herschel Storage; daily
