Buyer

* Assist in executing marketing strategies and objectives
* Provide support for customer service, sales reps, dealers, and consumers
* Process and track warranty claims and orders
* Reply to rep, dealer and consumer’s brand and product inquiries by phone and email
* Provide solutions to dealers’ and consumers’ product issues as they occur and communicate relevant information to appropriate brand managers
