• Responsible for all processes related to 25 weekly B2B and ecommerce order returns • Manages returns data including charges, credits and refunds in partnership with accounting team through ERP system • Performs monthly analysis on inventory and financial impact via returns • Interacts daily with sales team and customers to ensure customer satisfaction
