<p>End-to-end marketing project manager in various marketing channels including Direct Mail, Email and Paid Social.  More recently my projects have been focused on web-migration and, ready-to-sell initiatives and process improvements.</p>

•	Changed the role of the Marketing Specialist to be more strategy-focused with a direct relationship with business partners.
•	Designed and help implement the first paid search strategies for our businesses as a test.
•	Streamlined content creation with copywriters/designers to shorten review time by over 30%.
•	Implemented a dashboard where sales and analytics data could be shared with clients.
•	Reduced marketing campaign spends by 30% by cutting out ineffective channels.
•	Developed a template to be used to import all marketing activities into MRM at the beginning of a campaign.
