Bradley

Bradley Soltis has been a driving force in the apparel industry for over 15 years, developing and producing clothing, accessories and promotional products for some of the largest brands and retailers on the planet.

Costco, TJX Companies, Walmart, Target, rue21, Hot Topic, Macy’s and many others have trusted him in the production of millions of units for retail for some of the world’s leading brands. Bradley has also worked with the US government (DoD, USDOD) to produce BDUs, nametapes and other aspects of their uniforms. His experience covers both domestic and import production and he thrives under tight deadlines, particularly when it comes to problem solving, inventory management and demand planning.

Managed women’s graphics and sweaters division, working with overseas vendors (China, Korea, India and Guatemala). Implemented new SOPs for approvals, logistics, PO closure reports and fabric/trims liabilities. Delivered orders in excess of 1 million units for women’s graphics alone.

Domestically produced purses, handbags, wallets, keychains, t-shirts and novelty vinyl items for DesignerCon and Unique LA for Paul Frank.

Director of Production · Sullen Clothing
Managed men’s, youth and junior’s domestic and import production for all categories (t-shirts, fleece, flannels, knit and woven tops/bottoms, snowboards, phone cases, back packs, hats, purses, wallets, belts, dresses and various other categories). Brought on key warehouse staff to decrease excess inventory by $800k. Built a roadmap for sales/production to grow margins by 50%, bring in production early for the 1st time in the company’s history, tripled production numbers from 2014 to 2015, all the while lowering total inventory by 50%.

Managed men’s import production for O'Neill, Metal Mulisha and FMF. Issued POs and maintained WIPs, trackers and BOMs.

Product Developer - SMU · VOLCOM
Managed preproduction for all categories. Created BOMs. Conducted fittings. Categories included shorts, button ups, t-shirts, swim and snow. Implemented new block fit method to shorten lead times and alleviate sampling workload/costs.

Production Coordinator · VOLCOM
Issued POs and maintained WIPs, trackers and BOMs. Categories included all surf, snow and junior’s swim. Created Volcom’s first universal care label for our snow line and juniors swim line (17 languages included).

Spec Technician · VOLCOM
Entered sample measurements into our computer database and occasionally assisted designers/developers with projects. Created Volcom’s first “How To Measure” guide for lifestyle clothing and juniors swim.
