Inside Sales MTB/MX

Marketing & Sales

Experienced Seller with a demonstrated history of working in the apparel and fashion industry. Skilled in eCommunications, SAP Software, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Management, and Teamwork. Strong support professional with a Bachelor of Science - BS focused in Business Administration and Management, General from Sonoma State University School of Business and Economics.

Responsibilities: Execution of internal aid for of outside motocross and mountain bike sales representatives with their daily regional needs. Fielding all account inquiries for over 200 Fox accounts including invoice requests, year to date sales reports, order input, monthly sale flyer promotion, pre-book information and assistance, and accounting assistance
• Assist 10 outside Fox sales representatives with daily account needs
• Assist over 200 Central US region accounts with numerous business functions
• Navigate Fox’s internal ordering and reporting system to help accounts with all needs including sales reports, invoice requests, stock quantities, order/pre-book input, and any systematic business need of each account
• Sale flyer and pre-book promotion to all accounts and representatives along with assisting accounts with margin maximization dependent on product sale promotions
• Provide accounts with additional accounting need support through open communication with accounting team, diligent attention to each active accounts credit status, generating account statements, and payment reports in relation to at once and prebook business
• IT help for accounts and outside representatives with B2B system errors, information, payment

-Utilize SAP for consumer needs as well as business needs 
- Run reports throughout the day to monitor dealer and consumer transactions and alter orders if necessary 
-Answer inbound calls and emails from dealers and consumers 
-Participate in sales contests and be expected to reach certain goals 
-Strategize game plans for weekly sales goals 
-Monitor and execute security processes to prevent fraud on ecomm orders

Client & Dealer Support

Market analysis. Analyzing market databases, synthesizing data, creating visuals and reports, etc…
· Data mine proposal data to create “pricing history” data – to analyze by product line and determine how much we bid vs. how much we actually win
· Build pricing workbook template – tie in to Cashflow, tie in to NRE worksheet, tie in to Business Case, tie into PAR, tie into PRISM
· Maintain databases/matrices from analysis captured above
· Data mine proposal data to generate templates to use
· Help generate charts for report outs
· TDD Generation
· Support tradeshow events and prep
