Outdoor adventure outfitter providing unique experiences utilizing personal watercraft and on-road/off-road vehicles as platforms for exploration. Business units include Jetski2Catalina, JetskiFish, LongBeachWatersports, CaliRide & RentMeFun.  

Vice President - Marketing

- Facilitate and lead the strategic vision and implementation of all brand marketing communications plans and go to market process for three brands of recreational vehicles. 
- Developed annual marketing plans, budget, and associated tactics to support a 23% sales growth to date.
- Successfully manage details of a $2.7M budget, while managing a team of 3 direct reports and 2 indirect reports. 
- Member of the leadership team, working daily with design, manufacturing, sales and service departments, as well as North American dealer organization.

Director of Marketing

- Developed and implemented regional sales promotion/marketing programs and initiatives to maximize sales.

Regional Marketing Manager

- Developed and implemented all strategies for successfully marketing and selling direct to customers including church, ministry, homeschool, military, and retail markets.  
- Involved multi-million dollar budget and P&L responsibility, building and motivating a team with cross-functional representation, and integration of multiple outside suppliers and partners.
- Established field sales and support team for start-up division, exceeding established annual sales goals by combined 21%

Vice President - Marketing & Sales

- Prepare and oversee marketing strategy and plans for the travel trailer division of Fleetwood Enterprises, a leading manufacturer of recreational vehicles.  
- Responsible for product portfolio of 13 brands, distributed through 1,100 dealers in the US and Canada.  
- Lead the development of all travel trailer product planning, including competitive analysis and industry trends, product positioning, trim strategy, sales targets, major design, and feature content, price points, as well as launch and sales support plans and marketing communications messaging.   
- Regular interface with key suppliers, five manufacturing facilities, engineering, retail and wholesale sales and service personnel, product development, advertising/PR/website agencies, and executive management.

Product Marketing Manager

- Led a staff of six in the product development of four brands of toy hauler travel trailers.  
- Responsible for the development of the product to meet agreed to design and feature content parameters and target price points.  
- Oversaw the development of accurate manufacturing print packages, including appropriate cad drawings, parts lists, pricing package, and competitive product analysis.
- Included daily interface with key suppliers, ten manufacturing facilities, engineering, retail wholesale sales and service personnel, retail dealer staff marketing and executive management.

Product Development Manager

- Responsible for establishing, maintaining and growing all non-traditional marketing channels, including retail and wholesale show strategy and implementation.
- In charge of partner and co-marketing relationships with Cabelas Outfitters, Ford Motor Company, NASCAR, Dirt Rider, and Toy Hauler Magazines, Yamaha Motor Corporation, Monster Energy Drink, B&W Hitches & M2R Helmets.  
- Successful tactics included event marketing, Special Edition product development, product placement and marketing, editorial coverage, print advertising, direct mail, and public relations.
- Responsible for direct sales to NASCAR team owner/driver segment and experienced 37% growth during tenure.

Channel Marketing Manager

- Managed staff of four and 7M budget.
- Responsible for traditional consumer marketing “touch points” including advertising, promotions, e-commerce marketing, racing programs, public relations, shows/events, and owner clubs.  
- Responsible for Tracker RV private label program with Bass Pro Shops and Tracker Marine

Consumer Marketing Manager

- Led staff of three and multi-million dollar budget.
- Directed the strategic and tactical product and marketing applications for Nissan and Infiniti divisions’ e-commerce initiatives, for corporate consumer websites   www.nissan-usa.com & www.infiniti.com.  
- Managed all e-commerce marketing efforts with website suppliers, advertising agencies, internal sales and model line marketing staff, as well as strategic marketing partners, to attract, retain, and communicate with prospects and owners.

Corporate e-Commerce Marketing Manager

- Managed the activities for seven direct and twenty-six indirect reports in identifying in-house client needs, content development, supplier review and implementation of all national training efforts.
- Responsible for retail and wholesale vehicle sales, parts and service, technical and employee development training for both the Nissan and Infiniti divisions.

National Training Operations Manager

- Responsible for the initiation, coordination, and facilitation of marketing strategies for the Altima.  
- Managed $110 million marketing budget for the successful launch of 1998 Altima.  
- Coordinated product planning, consumer research, advertising, point of purchase, direct and interactive marketing, distribution, public relations, retail training & promotions.  
- Formed the initial marketing launch team and strategic plan for Xterra SUV.

Model Line Brand Manager

- Responsible for the development and implementation of regional advertising utilizing T.V., radio, print, outdoor, and direct marketing.  
- Led a team of six people in the coordination of all Regional promotions and special events including auto shows.
- Managed team of eight direct reports responsible for the wholesale and distribution of 80,000 vehicles annually to 115 dealerships in 8 states.

Regional Marketing & Distribution Manager

- Primary dealer contact responsible for sales, profitability and customer satisfaction performance of Nissan dealerships in the Detroit and Pittsburgh metro markets.
