Responsible for developing integrated strategies to support product initiatives including new product ideation, pricing, promotional programs and research. Directly supporting sales teams during product & marketing presentations for key mass, Ecommerce, specialty, sporting goods & club market retailers. Overall work with over 80 key accounts. Develop and manage key licenses with best-in-class partners (Disney/Marvel & IMG) Conduct category research and pricing analysis of the competitive landscape to evaluate market trends and potential ‘new’ segment opportunities. Oversee PR, social media outreach and website engagement teams. Packaging development: copy/ messaging/ proofing (English/ French). Plan and manage global sales meeting in China with international teams. Manage local trade shows and attend trade shows in Honk Kong & Europe.
