Oversee global logistics in operating of the Hurley Surf Club and monitoring
the business to customer connection with the goal of increasing traffic and sales on Hurley.com. This includes managing a 1.5 million dollar budget as
well as a global team to create a seamless experience and feel throughout all of our physical locations. Organized programming in key
HSC cities to engage our consumers both physically and digitally and
activate online at build the Hurley Surf Club Community. Manage athletes to make sure their needs are meet while at the same time manage team
of 5 people on site at each Hurley Surf Club location.

Global Marketing Manager

Plan, manage and execute all of Hurley's events located in North
America. Notably work in coordination with World Surf League Executives to produce the 2015 and 2016 Hurley Pro, one of eleven stops on the World
Championship tour. Manage a 1.3 million dollar budget, a team of 50
people to build and execute the event viewed by over 15 million people
worldwide. Work with both sales and retail marketing teams to ensure
success of events and gauge return on investment through sales numbers during the days of the event. Develop run of shows and call to actions
based on event location, time and target demographic.

Event Marketing Manager

Coordinate and manage all of Hurley's events including, The Hurley Pro, Rip My Shred Stick, The Rincon Classic, Hurley Surfboard demos, and Hurley
Wetsuit Demo days. Worked directly with Director of Sports Marketing to align global and regional athletes to seasonal directive and insure
awareness of events, meetings, contents, etc.
