• Lead, direct, and supervise a team of digital designers and developers
• Manage current and future creative functions
• Ensure the timely developement and execution of campaigns / projects
• Support other department directors and staff as requested and as resources permit
• Provide leadership/motivation and convey vision and values of the agency to staff
• Provide adequate training for the advancement of current creative staff as well as the growth of new/incoming team members
• Participate in new businesss efforts
• Execute duties and assignments in compliance with corporate guidelines
