Box Components is a young company that creates and manufactures premium bicycle parts and accessories, which are sold at specialty retail stores around the world.
Primary responsibilities are establishing and growing aftermarket wholesale and OEM relationships globally, and supervise inside sales team. Forecasting sales and purchasing.
Secondary responsibilities include strategic business planning, department budgeting, team management, brand integrity, and sales/marketing/customer support and training. Local warehouse operations and 3PL administration in a foreign country.
Tertiary responsibilities include Netsuite ERP/CRM/WMS implementation, training, and support across the company. SuiteCommerce Advanced implementation and development. 

Key Account Management:
o	Manage 20 key accounts including: Academy, Amazon, Athleta/Gap, Bass Pro Shop, Bed Bath & Beyond, Cabela’s, Eastern Mountain Sports, Gander Mountain, L.L. Bean Olympia Sports, Performance Bicycles, Quality Bicycle Products, Safeway, Scheels, The Sports Authority, and Whole Foods Market.
o	Collaborate with accounts buying team, sales representatives, and executive sales team to develop sales programs.
o	Managed bi-annual face-to-face line review and planning meetings at national trade shows and corporate in-house visits.

Customer Service:
o	Responsible for daily relationship management; on-time delivery of orders ensuring compliance at every step of the supply chain including; EDI, ASN, Routing, Compliance, ticketing and pre-packing.
o	Supported outside sales representatives in meeting their sales goals.

Reporting and Analysis:
o	Experience with the Edifice Reporting for weekly, monthly, and year to date sales reporting to figure out sales trends.
o	Assigned to document and develop new procedures to optimize efficiency to be used in the Oracle system.

Key Account Representative I

Key Account Management:
o	Managed 13 key accounts including: Academy, Adventure 16, Backcountry.com, Bass Pro, Cabela's, Dick's Sporting Goods, L.L. Bean, Orvis, Paragon Sports, REI, Specialty Sport Venture, Sportsman's Warehouse, and West Marine 
o	Worked with executive team, sales representatives, and account stakeholders to develop sales programs and bi-annual sales meetings
o	Responsible for daily relationship management; on-time delivery of orders ensuring compliance at every step of the supply chain including; EDI, ASN, Routing, Compliance, ticketing and pre-packing
o	Accountable for forecast scheduling, new assortment planograms and current inventory management 

Inside Sales:
o	Responsible for 6-state North East territory and 12-state West Coast territory 
o	Regularly met and exceeded weekly outbound call quota
o	Maintained an average 20% close rate 
o	Consistently averaged an open rate of 10 new accounts per tradeshow 
o	Attended 7 major tradeshows a year, with an emphasis on presenting new line to current and new accounts 

•	Customer Service
o	Responsible for daily relationship management of 1066 retail stores in North East and West Coast territories
o	Managed bi-annual face-to-face line review and planning meetings at national trade shows
o	Accountable for daily invoicing, order management and quality assurance
o	Supported outside sales representatives in exceeding their sales goals by a minimum of 5% for 24 continuous months 
o	In charge of training CSR team with new policies and procedures.
o	Helped in the hiring interviews for new customer service representatives.

International Account Manager: 
o	Managed customer service and sales for more than 18 international distributors and accounts
o	Responsible for all export/import paperwork and scheduling of shipments

Reporting and Analysis:
o	Experience with the NetSuite software suite for order management, warehouse inventory management, monthly sales reporting, inventory analysis and transfers, and other key indicator reports
o	EDI consultant for all order import/export processing 
o	Assigned as the primary NetSuite technician for the company; responsible for new employee training, item pricing updates, new item setup, and development of new procedures to optimize efficiency
