I am an accomplished Retail and Marketing professional, with expertise in brand marketing, retail development and ensuring operational excellence connecting people with Sport and the Outdoors.  

I have demonstrated the ability to lead global retail teams and marketing programs that deliver the brand vision and fulfill design goals. With leadership in retail and omni-channel development, building teams that take a passion for the outdoors to create relationships that drive sales.

Accountable for the development and execution of Columbia’s Brand Vision and North America Marketing and Visual Merchandising strategy within the outlet store environments across 129 stores in the US and Canada.

•Lead the development of cohesive and compelling marketing programs (permanent branding, campaigns, initiatives and tools) that drive conversion and sales at retail
•In partnership with Global Brand environments, develop and maintain the integrity of the Outlet store environment concept through strict design criteria, templates, standards, and directives.  Align to the Global and North America marketing calendars to ensure brand consistency and on-time execution.
•Lead a team of professional marketers to create highly cross-functional projects that tell the stories of Columbia’s brand, products, technologies and marketing priorities within the unique Outlet store environment.
•Oversee strategic and tactical direction for store design, fixture development, in-store signage and marketing, windows, and visual presentation.
•In collaboration with Retail and Global Brand, develop new fixture and POP concepts, campaigns, visual presentation, and processes that drive sales, brand consistency and innovation for Columbia
•Drive development of new and existing tools to increase efficiency of getting marketing executed:  replenishment processes, ordering portals, feedback platforms, project management and collaboration tools, and budget planning and tracking tools.
•Participate in collaborative planning processes with Brand/ES Retail leadership, support with participation in line reviews and market visits, and deliver seasonal directives and floor set direction.


DTC Channel Marketing Manger - North America

As a key member of the Nike Direct Stores Concepts Team, Drive the Nike Live & Nike Fly Concepts from Development and Execution of the Launch & Sustain model
•	Enable process to help transition of Nike by Melrose sustain model to Geo and Territory partners.
•	Lead team to develop plan to operationalize launching fleet of Nike Live stores. 
•	Lead team to develop process for new Nike Live concept stores:  SNKRS live and Nike Lab. 
•	Partner with RB partners to brief in Seasonal Marketing Deliverables.
•	Partner with RB & VM&S Director to finalize the Nike Live playbook and update as needed.
•	Produce App at Retail testing RB elements


Nike Direct Marketing – Store Concepts – Nike Live - Contractor

Nike Direct Global Brand Marketing – Operations - Contract

Driving seasonal marketing, consumer journeys and storytelling for Nike Physical Retail. Working cross-functionally to bring category stories to life in retail across the marketplace.

•Works with Agencies and Outside Vendors to develop and compile Seasonal Retail plans and briefs, creating actionable deliverables. Executing on time and under budget.
•Represent Retail Brand input into creative decisions.
•Manage projects and deliverables, primary support for GEO seasonal needs.
•Consumer Journey Development, Seasonal Product Education and Service Journey Development.


Marketing Operations

Manage daily operations of Nike Global Store while developing special projects associated with the growth of the Digital Global Store organization.

•Drive day-to-day operations duties. Facilitating weekly alignment meetings across Global Expansion. Monitoring and adjusting supply chain execution during key product launches and Holiday.
•Project managed multiple work streams to drive optimization across Nike.com Global Store. This includes forming the right team, communication with stakeholders, elevating and making business decision, status reports and accountability for business benefit realization.
•SWAT team lead for issues that arise by country, identifying relevant resources and stakeholders across functions and geographies, building and communicating a well thought-out plan for risk mitigation and driving the execution of the plan across a loosely defined cross functional team. 


Nike Global Store Operations Manager-Contract

Responsible for all functions of daily retail operations for stores including in-store experience, financial performance, systems, process and communication. Working cross functionally to achieve our team Sales and Profitability goals. Overseeing up 21 stores and $50M in sales volume.

Managed team of six and development of operations and strategic growth strategy for Danner-branded stores. Developed financial models and business plans including sales, scheduling/payroll, allocation. Responsible for all functions of daily retail operations for stores including in-store experience, financial performance, systems, process and communication. Working cross functionally to achieve our team Sales and Profitability goals.

Responsible for coaching and guiding Store Management Team to achieve all Key Performance Indicators including Top Line Sales, Gross Margin, Payroll, UPT, DPT, Average Transaction as well as P&L and  Four Wall Contribution.
