•	Led end-to-end capital project lifecycle from development through execution, including construction oversight, cost control, scheduling, contract management, and post-mortem evaluations, ensuring projects were delivered on time and within budget.

•	Prepared and reviewed business cases for capital investments, including land development, facility expansions, and process equipment, ensuring strategic alignment and successful procurement and implementation of assets.

•	Delivered project reports and cost forecasts to senior management, providing key insights into project performance, budget adherence, and risk management, enhancing decision-making across the organization.

Owners Representative/Project Manager-Capital Projects

Project Manager

Led project management for large heavy highway and industrial pipeline projects across Colorado and Wyoming, ensuring the successful execution of precast concrete contracts. Oversaw cost control, estimation, and scheduling for multiple high-profile projects, driving on-time delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.

•	Developed and refined internal project management structures and processes to streamline production and collaboration across sales, management, production, and transportation teams. Introduced flowcharts, organization schedules, and custom computer code to enhance efficiency and communication.

Project Manager/Inside Sales

Oversaw all construction, quality control, safety, means and methods, and project execution of large environmental remediation projects. Provided direct contact with clients, consultants, and stakeholders within the project scope.

Led the execution of heavy civil construction projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and managing communication between superintendents, foremen, project coordinators, internal teams, owners, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Oversaw projects involving open-cut utility and trenchless infrastructure.
