I have cultivated my skills as a recruiter with a customer service mindset. I focus on helping businesses create the culture they envision by securing the skilled talent they need to thrive. While building a remarkable team is my focus, constructing a gratifying work environment to retain talented employees is my priority. 

When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time on some of my favorite rivers and lakes chasing big fish with a fly rod. One of my previous careers was being a fly fishing instructor and guide, so I still like to maintain a strong connection with the outdoors and fly fishing. It has been a resource for me to keep my mind healthy and refreshed through all the difficulties of life.

Administration Human Resources position managing over 350 employees, 60
medical providers, and 25 clinical locations to optimize productivity,
profitability, and employee satisfaction for Northern Nevada's largest
musculoskeletal medical practice.

Job duty entails:
-Manage all recruitment of the organization
-Posting job opportunities
-Conducting phone screenings,
-Scheduling joint interviews with department supervisors and managers
-Creating and sending denial letters.
-Conduct all Onboarding
-Creating job o?er letters
-Creating orientation curriculum; explaining benefits packages and company policies.
-Conduct all Off-boarding
-Conduct exit interviews.
-Update the human resource information system and employee database.
-COBRA implementation.
-Manage organization's Payroll
-Develop and implement Human Resources policies and procedures.
-Address employee complaints, grievances and disputes, and administer employee disciplinary processes.
-Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations a?ecting Human Resources functions.
-Manage personnel files for the organization.

Job description:

Recruit, onboard, develop, train, and coach associates who are brought
into the company’s vision and mission, and create a pathway for growth.

- Empowering my team to deliver world-class customer service
through empathy, critical thinking, and customer centricity.
- Being an ambassador of the brand, aligned with the Orvis Vision,
Mission, Core Values, and Culture.
- Having in-depth knowledge of Orvis products and services and
serving as point person for training fly fishing associates on
technical product knowledge, rigging, and instruction.
-Teaching in-store fly fishing classes, creating monthly newsletters/
fishing reports, and hosting on the water events for customers
looking to learn more about fly fishing.
- Leading by example as a sales professional, engaging customers in
all departments throughout the store.
- Communicating the Orvis brand and its lifestyle through creative and
effective presentations, maintain visual standards, and maximize sales.
