Provide in-depth analysis to determine category strategy and opportunities. The role will drive the development and execution of category and brand growth stories, identify opportunities for category growth and optimization, develop consumer segmentation & profiles, & optimize product messaging strategy in conjunction with the product development and sales teams.

The Product Marketing Manager oversees a portfolio of product series within Skullcandy's line, including developing messaging & strategy for Skullcandy Gaming.

Responsibilities include:
Create product & technology positioning/messaging based on market, consumer, and competitive analysis.
Market gap analysis to identify potential new growth categories.
Consumer segmentation & targeting.
Market insight analysis using both sales and consumer data points.
Work cross-functionally with sales team to create pitch decks, sales tools, and content to optimize sell-in and sell-through.
Manage packaging process for owned product portfolio.

Product Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the overall development, execution, and optimization of Woodward's digital and social media marketing plan across all locations. This includes establishing launch campaigns to create cohesive brand presentation, increase sell-through, and grow brand awareness.

Additional responsibilities include:
Product messaging strategy
Consumer research to fine tune messaging strategies
Manage and optimize owned digital and social channels.
SEO & SEM
Optimize path to purchase.
Social media community management of over 1.5 million total followers and subscribers.

Digital Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager oversees and executes all aspects of Woodward West's marketing efforts and is ultimately responsible for camp sales, achieving revenue goals, and key social media metrics. Responsibilities include brand and channel management, managing & creating sales tools, and collateral, & creating product messaging to connect with consumers throughout the purchase funnel.

Additional responsibilities include:
Build buyer personas.
Go-To-Market strategy and execution.
Creation of content and campaign calendars, working with internal creative and content teams, as well as external agencies to optimize process, deliver campaigns on time and on brand.
