Graphic Designer and Illustrator. 
My creative inspiration comes from my love of painting, surfing and rock climbing.  My passion for designing helps clean up my painting. 
I am extremely detail oriented,  I love to see a project from the original idea phase all the way through. I love a good creative problem and again I love to see a project through. 

•Design custom logos and custom illustrations for businesses and teams to use as advertising and event collateral and event gear(t-shirts, uniforms, promo products  and helmet decals).
•Create custom print designs that line up and make sense that cover the complex planes of a lacrosse helmet.
•Update, maintain and reorganize the internal database.
• Identify and solve design challenges to provide new approaches to solve all types of problems.
•Collaborate with sales reps and work within clients requests to create new and interesting designs for all types of customers' needs.
*Make sure all designs meet the established design standards  for production.
•Convert client approved artwork from concept to print and follow through to get correct artwork and fix production/ artwork issues.
•Create prints for multiple output printers: Direct to garment, sublimation, large format, screen printing and embroidery printers.
•Create digital designs to be used for social media, print and events to grow social media presence and gain public attention.
•Create branding packages for clients, events and eCommerce product lines.
•Manage multiple projects & coordinate with outside vendors to produce products and goods for customers in a faced paced environment to meet deadlines..
•Create and fine tune a way to increase shop efficiency: finding the constants and identifying variables and reducing redundancy to increase clarity and productivity.
•Create custom textile patterns for multiple print output.

Graphic Designer

•use adobe creative suite to make creative digital graphic art, animations designs, patterns and digital Illustrations for online marketing purposes.
•Content creation and developing creative vision for the brand.
•Increased social media followers by 94%.
•Create motion graphics to gain social media attention.
•Use typography to create specific summer class promotions.
•Collaborate with other university departments to build up a social media presence.
•Use research and  presentation skills to request new applications for tracking social media reach to hone in on target audience.
•Creates and implements a comprehensive communications/marketing plan in order to increase program visibility and drive enrollment.
•Builds on-campus awareness of the programs through the development and execution of a robust internal communication plan
Manages social media channels for the programs.
•Conducts regular benchmarking research and investigates best practices in order to ensure the programs are marketed efficiently and are well-positioned in the market.

Illustrator & Graphic Designer

Utilize Graphic Design principles with brand style guides and Brand standards to design patterns for sports team themed apparel and clothing accessories.
•Troubleshoot technology problems and solve them.
•Updated existing clothing designs with the new year's updates.
•Work as a team member to create and change existing designs and patterns to conform to the existing brand guidelines.
•Create designs for clothing tech packs for printing and make sure file construction and information is accurate.
•Brainstorm with fellow designers to create new & innovative products.
•Supply various design rollouts for extensive product lines.
•Working directly with international factories via email to make sure the product is sampled and manufactured within customer requested timelines.
•Assist in the illustration, detailing and extensions of new products.
•Design promotional material and catalogs.
•Meetings with the internal sales department to establish a vision for a product or design.
•Select the size and arrangement of different elements.
