7+ years of experience managing events and partnerships in the Outdoor Industry 
Strong understanding of the winter sports industry, market, and lifestyle
Existing relationships with retailers, snowsports brands, and guide services across the US, Canada, and Japan
Work directly with the director of marketing and director of sales to develop, implement, and execute global marketing and sales strategies
Extensive track record of creating high-quality community events, dealer support programs, on-snow product demos, in-store clinics, sales incentive programs, guide partnerships, and non-profit support programs both online and in-person 
Ex. Beacon Bash Series, Front Range Splitfest, Slay at Home Series, Guide Partners
Work with product development teams to develop new hardgoods/softgoods and improve existing product lines including award-winning splitboards, snowboards, and accessories  
Ex. Weston Hatchet, Weston Backwoods Carbon, Weston Eclipse, Weston Touring Hat  
Develop/manage an ambassador program consisting of over 100 professional guides and athletes 
Develop/manage partnerships with other leading brands in the outdoor industry 
Develop/manage partnerships and co-branded courses with the leading guide services in the outdoor industry
Propose/manage a yearly events/brand experience budget for North America including events costs, regional demo fleets, staff salaries, partnership costs, non-profit donations, and ambassador discounts
Expert snowboarder and snowmobiler 
International winter travel experience including South America, Europe, Canada, & Japan 
Strong organizational and management skills 
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office - Word/Excel, Constant Contact, Google Docs/Sheets/Meet, Zoom, MS Teams, Hubspot, Slack, Asana, Canva, Adobe
