	Effectively manage the full life cycle of product planning, beginning with their initial development through product execution and delivery. 
	Organize and manage all project plans and documentation relating to product launches and improvement initiatives.
	Provide oversight and direction to all overseas manufacturing, while additionally operating as technical advisor, resolving manufacturing issues to ensure consistent on time delivery while still maintaining quality standards. 
	Review Signal warranty claims; manage and report warranty data, maintain active accounts and identify false claims. 
	Manage all Distributor Sales activities, including serving as the main point of contact between Signal and distributors, in-taking sales and managing new sale orders, and coordinating logistics to ensure on time and correct deliveries.

Lead the complete range of development activities for snowboarding products, including managing all strategic planning, concept design, market research, and executing training for the management team on updates. 
Key supporter to the Sales and Marketing teams during spring, summer, and holiday sell-in and sell-through efforts. 
Serve as the subject matter expert in relation to development, communication with the Sales & Marketing Managers, the Purchasing department, and outside supply vendors. 
Collaborate with the CEO to refine development strategies to ensure products meet market needs, and remain in-line with current trends in design, shape, and riding style. 
Identify sustainable materials that meet product standards. 
Meet with Sales Manager to analyze current sales performance and dealer feedback to target new model revisions in shape, price, design, and art. 
Build positive relationships with suppliers to better understand production capabilities, applications, and techniques to better refine designs, materials, and shaping opportunities for each new line. 
Spearhead the initial sales team training to ensure that both the sales and customer service teams are fully up to date on all products in order to better met set sales goals. 


Product Director

	Built positive relationships with international and domestic distributors to effectively source new materials, including 3 new factories in Asia.
	Established positive relationships with new vendors allowing for a reduction of product costs and new materials. 
	Served as a key player to the Innovation team, offering valuable recommendations to upcoming products. 
	Reviewed and revamped supplier initiatives, implementing cost reducing, performance increasing, and modern technological objectives to streamline actions.
