Since October 2016 also Etnies, our largest brand, is now part of my brand portfolio as EMEA Sales Manager.

As EMEA Sales Manager for Emerica, Altamont and éS I develop and implement strategic sales plans for the specific brands to increase sales volume and provide a solid foundation for future growth, I develop key partnerships to create demand for EMEA sales for the specific brands. 

Tasks & Responsibilities: 
- Developing, implementing & evaluate brand strategy for strategic & annual sales plans, forecasts & budgets to provide foundation for future growth in line with brand & STE strategy.
- Analyze sales reports & evaluate actual sales to forecasts. In conjunction with the EMEA GM & GBD, develop, review & evaluate 2-5 year sales plans. 
Review market analyses to make recommendations on price structures & discount rates. 
- Research, evaluate, & recommend distribution of specific brand(s) & categories to maximize sales / solidify brand image at retail.

EMEA Sales Manager Emerica, eS, Altamont

As Key Account Manager Converse Benelux I was responsible for the key account sales for the Converse brand for the Benelux market within the Benelux Transition team.

Tasks & Responsibilities:?
- Creating partnerships with the accounts;
- Identify product opportunities and execute product and category strategies within directed 
assortment goals. 
Stay current on product and product changes and manage and prepare samples;
- Develop assortment and business plans every season, work together with the commercial director 
to develop account base plans targeting top accounts. 
For designated accounts I was developing accurate and realistic go-to-market plans, seasonal 
assortments, forecasts and scenario plans;
- Accountable for the execution, management and timely coordination of account orders including 
entry, tracking, order confirmation, cancellations and delivery information;
- Attend SIM and GTM meetings to maintain the best European alignment for the GTM process for 
the Benelux.

Responsible for the Sales and Marketing in the Netherlands for action sports / streetwear footwear brand etnies and snowboard brand ThirtyTwo. 

?Tasks & Responsibilities:
?-	Within this job I handled all the aspects in sales from developing new accounts, build business relationships and successfully increase healthy revenue in a declining economy. 
?-	Development and implementation of national retail marketing campaigns with a 360 approach to increase conversion and brand awareness.

Account Executive Sales and Marketing 

Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Sales and Marketing in the Netherlands for all hardware brands (60) and 6 apparel footwear brands. 
- Responsible for the buying strategy for all 60 hard goods brands
- Implementing grass roots marketing plans with selective retailers and events.
