My responsibilities as Sales Manager allowed me the ability to do Everything possible that our business needed to run smoothly and successfully. I built a strong reputation as an honest and outgoing salesperson while creating and sustaining strong relationships. My desire to help our demanding clientele with any and all needs made me an asset on the sales floor while still maintaining the ability to help run the stores daily operations.

My job was to run the School Programs for visiting school groups by providing tours and interactive classes on the Garden campus. In doing so, I coordinated and trained a large group of volunteer docents to instruct the classes as well as lead them myself when help wasn't available. I worked closely with multiple departments from Facility Rental to the Greenhouse in providing all the requirements to make every school visit a unique one.
