• Consult with technology Leaders in organizations throughout the Southern California / San Diego market; assessing critical business issues, identifying inefficiencies, counseling clients with case studies and trends to develop strategies to ensure the best possible outcomes • Negotiate contracts/pricing, clarify job details and client preferences, present candidates, facilitate interview process and receive/confirm offers • Work closely with the hiring manager as well as each candidate to ensure all negations are done from the beginning of the process until an offer is accepted • Regularly conducting Full Life Cycle Recruiting end-to-end to ensure I am efficiently providing a seamless process for the candidate and client • Responsible for recruiting technical candidates from infrastructure to software and application development • Work directly with hiring managers, human resource managers and key stakeholders to gather job requirements, assess desirable culture fit, as well as perfect their hiring process/timeline • Source and recruit candidates through internal database, external databases, social media, job boards and referrals • Conduct phone, video and/or in person interviews to assess skillset, gather requirements and salary expectations • Stay current on market place trends, salaries, unemployment rates and nationwide job summaries
