- The proper running and maintenance of the retail HUB. - Tracking and maintaining costs, payroll and store expenses within established budget. - Developing strategies to grow HUB sales. - Recruiting, hiring, developing and retaining personnel. - Training and motivating associates to achieve maximum sales productivity. - Having excellent knowledge of inventory procedures and best practices, keeping all HUBS at company goal. - Managing store scheduling to ensure proper coverage based on business needs. - Take lead on local marketing and planning local HUB events. - Communicating with the retail operations regarding all HUB development, growth, and issues. - Ensuring the proper launch and promotional setup of the store and maintaining the sales floor. - Ensuring compliance and adherence to policies and procedures as well as standards, practices and company directives. - Ensuring, through effective customer service and direct selling, that sales plans are achieved.
