Senior Training Manager

Top Management

* Oversee training strategy and execution for 172 adidas retail stores nationwide
* Manage regional training staff and training content creators at the corporate level 
* Participate in adidas Global Sales Academy trainings and introduce global sales initiatives to the North America market
* Drive recruitment of retail team in North America, including Regional Trainers and staff at the store level
* Cross-collaborate with marketing, store operations and global sales academy to execute training initiatives

Regional Manager

* Work with adidas counterparts to implement strategic framework for the Field Program, support commercial goals and deliver enhanced sell-through
* Assist with creation, organization and delivery of US Based Tech and Training Summits 2x per year. This includes developing agendas, coordinating logistics and presenting content.
* Lead the onboarding process by managing logistics, developing and sharing content and fine-tuning roles while providing internal communication through reporting.
* Develop business opportunities by identifying and evaluating data/competitors/information/leading consumer strategies while researching and analyzing sales options.
* Maintain quality service and a team-first environment across internal direct reports by establishing and regulating organizational standards that stretch across both organizations.
* Manage and coach a team of Collective Field Agents to drive increased sell-through, brand knowledge and market share growth.
* Mentor and develop Collective Field Agents and showcase superior ability to execute the adidas strategy at retail.
Carry out supervisory responsibilities including job description creation, performance reviews, territory planning and personnel management.
* Carefully monitor field budgets and monthly forecasts.

Field Program Manager- Foot Inc. accounts

* Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process to find the top influencers and personalities to best represent the adidas brand.
* Coach and train agents during their onboarding process as well as ongoing throughout their time in the field.
* Communicate clear expectations and guidelines to your teams in order to successfully achieve national and local targets.
* Oversee the day-to-day execution of adidas Field Agent projects, promotions and campaign, ensuring a premium retail experience in given territory.

Field Marketing Manager- Southwest/Midwest

• Oversaw national training and development of Adidas merchandisers, traveling to over 30 cities in the US
• Managed a $60,000 annual travel and training budget
• Supervised new hires from their start date to the end of a 90 day introduction period
• Created training agendas, new hire recaps, training manuals, and visual merchandising feedback
• Analyzed resumes, conducted interviews and hired 32 new employees in one year
