• Liaison between the construction manager, subcontractors, and owner • Manage the schedule of 2-3 Project Managers • Collect and validate all field reporting, lien releases, and insurance compliance • Supervise the monthly billing process and coordinate with the project team to ensure payment applications are prepared and paid in a timely manner • Foster and maintain the company’s relationships with owners, engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors • Create all subcontract documentation including subcontractor agreements, change orders and purchase orders
Project Manager, E-Commerce
Evriholder Products LLC2018 – 2019
• Grew the business 64% in sales through partnership with Amazon in 2018 by setting up over 100 new products, revamping all content of existing SKUs, and creating brand & A+ detail pages • Manage the WalMart Pilot Program (an initiative to become the sole Clip Strip supplier) by developing 125 SKUs, working on cost reductions to provide WalMart with higher margins, and streamlining the future of replenishment orders; the program resulted in a successful ‘test launch’ in over 100 retail WalMart Stores • Spearhead the new pet category through product development, management, and branding that has launched in WalMart and Marmaxx stores • Research trends, product placements, adjacencies, and retail locations to better merchandise all products with competitive analysis • Own numerous product categories and brands to keep messaging consistent, modern, and competitive • Partner with cross-fuctional teams to assess any risks and ensure issues are resolved for a successful product launch

• Manage all facets of over 200 marketing projects from inception to execution, and ensured quality control process followed for all deliverables • Create and implement a new cross-functional Product Life Cycle process and protocol for Marketing, Creative, Sales, and Operation Teams to promote overall collaboration and efficiency across the organization • Achieve project goals by fostering communication, meeting key milestones and deliverables, obtaining internal and external approvals, and product set-up and launch • Proactively identify and prioritize risk to ensure on-time completion of projects • Direct creative for all packaging, write product copy, and develop sales presentations • Vendor management of both domestic and international suppliers; and successfully consolidated vendor count from 88 to 27 • Perform cost and scenario analysis, benchmark, and negotiate quotations • Complete management of the Spongeables and Dreamtime brands, including developing new product concepts and overall brand direction - products launched in ULTA and Marmaxx stores
