•	Financial: Create, maintain and analyze store sales/budget reports ($90 million budget); reconcile all store expense reports through Concur and Oracle
•	Leadership: Coach, train and develop Management Team of 60 as well as Sales Team of 450 
•	Operations: Support store operations by acting as a resource for customers and employees 
•	Teach: Plan and teach technology classes to leadership team
•	Social Media: Lead of the store’s social media outlets (Instagram & Facebook)
•	Marketing & Events: Coordinate store events, including meetings, rallies, customer and community events; create and maintain marketing communications for entire store; respond to customer letters on behalf of the store manager
