-Responsible for the growth & retention of the Albion SC affiliate program with anticipated goal of adding 3-5 clubs annually
-Create end-to-end marketing strategies for new programs & brand expansion
the Albion 12 Foundation, Albion SC & club affiliates	
-Lead international programming for Albion SC teams
-Negotiate strategic partnerships with key partners including Southwest Airlines, 24 Hour Fitness, Hudl, Lululemon & Traveling Teams
-Evaluate budgets to highlight profits versus losses to	 maximize revenue streams
-Recognize new program needs focusing on player development, leadership, & other sports to elevate the club & attract new membership
-Curate national leads outside of our current database for tournament & affiliate growth via marketing campaigns, trade negotiations & event attendance
-Manage the onboarding of affiliate clubs via face-to-face meetings, phone calls & email communication	

-Vetted, negotiated & activated association contracts	with key partners including adidas soccer, AstroTurf,Disney Soccer, Hudl, Kwik Goal & Soccer.com	-Cultivated event sponsorships with large soccer clubs in target markets, professional teams, & national companies for dedicated exposure
-Responsible for an average growth of $125K annually in	 exhibit sales for the Convention exceeding $1M in 2018	
-Managed an annual sponsorship revenue of $200K	
-Directed sales efforts & collected assets for bi-monthly Soccer Journal & Convention ads, attendee packet
inserts, & other revenue driven event collateral
-Collaborated with other departments to highlight programs & constituent groups, providing opportunities	for our membership on a national scale	
-Worked closely with 375+ exhibiting companies to maximize their presence at the annual Convention within facility & event regulations
-Utilized monthly face-to-face & Skype meetings, phone calls, & emails to build on current programs & establish growth initiatives with B2B partners
-Oversaw a Convention registration staff of 4-7 annually
-Attended weekly marketing meetings, bi-monthly staff meetings, & site visits focusing on strategic planning for events & membership retention with national office staff
-Worked closely with event staff in predetermined cities to establish rapport with building representatives, CVB's, labor unions, local organizing committees & volunteers

PARTNERSHIP MANAGER

-Produced promotional strategies to maximize corporate contracts & external facility revenue opportunities
-Served as an active member of the corporate sales team with specific sales goals set in place
-Designed print schedule & promotional materials using Adobe Photo Shop & Microsoft Publisher
-Responsible for game day scripts, hosting of team guests, & sponsorship integration into game day events
-Assisted Operations, Ticketing, Grounds Crew, & Catering Departments as needed
-Managed an intern staff of 15 students, PA/Video crews and in-game entertainment during season
