Warranty Admin/Parts Specialist

Schedule and dispatch warranty repair orders for all residential and new construction projects while exemplifying excellent customer service.  Work with superintendents and customer service representatives, via email or phone, to assure all projects meet state and city standards and are ready for homeowner move in.  Manage service technicians and assure they are performing in a professional manner, cooperating with all superintendents and customer service representatives, in addition to positively representing our company to the best of their ability.  Generate weekly reports to track production and service technician performance and efficiency, meet with other departments weekly to discuss findings.
