A critical member of the product development team, the Product Marketing Manager (PMM) is responsible for creating a long-term system level product strategy which continually improves the end user experience and enables the commercial team t meet market ambitions. Primary responsibilities include: - Maintenance of a 3-5 year product gap analysis based on market and consumer insights, as well as commercial and brand feedback. - The development and improvement of system level product strategies for key segments within the organization. - Creation of project level briefs and go-to-market strategies to assist in the development and commercialization of new products. - Maintain close connections within the organization to ensure successful growth and improvement of the product line. This requires strong relationships with the following departments; product development, commercial industry teams, marketing, operations, global offices, as well as any other departments or groups within the organization.

As a critical member of the Product Management team. Product Management is responsible for ensuring that our product development group is developing the right innovative products and our sales team has a strong understanding of how to sell these products to our brand partners. My primary responsibilities revolved around helping define new product opportunities, accurately characterizing the problems trying to be solved, and developing business cases in an effort to support the long term product and business strategy. I interacted with Product Development, Product Marketing, Sales, Marketing, Operations and when necessary other groups within Boa to ensure the successful creation and expansion of our product line.

Primary responsibilities revolved around supporting products as they moved through product development to our sales team. Collaborated with the Director of Product Management in shaping product line and processes. In addition, managed all product marketing tools and collateral ranging from digital, print, and physical assets.
